Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product is delivered

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Valid proof (images/video) must be provided

Refunds:
